
i went through a phase in 2024 where i got really into food prepping for the week. i’d make a batch of hard boiled eggs, jars of chia seed pudding or overnight oats, clean a container of lettuce, and always pluck and clean my grapes for easy snacking. i still prep my lettuce in the same way as well as the grapes. they’re a pricey treat, but as of late, they’re the fruit i most want—with their satisfying crunch and high water content.
my favorite way to have them is cold from the fridge, right out of my giant mason jar. I clean them in cold water with a spoonful of baking soda, rinse them, and place them on a towel-lined baking sheet to dry on the counter. they’ll keep for a week if you can let them last that long!
